Spirituality means different things to different people.

Though I work with clients with all types of beliefs, I am a spiritual psychotherapist. That means I believe you cannot separate the mind-thoughts from the body-response, from the person’s spiritualism and beliefs. They are deeply connected, therefore I see the totality of the person as such – even when someone identifies as non-spiritual that defines the belief structure which they operate from.

If you experience any of the below thoughts, you may want to consider this a slightly spiritual approach.

I want to create a sense of balance and wholeness and I am curious about holistic healing, mindfulness and awareness strategies.

I’ve had an experience of a mystical nature and I am afraid/shy to talk about. Has it affected my life and beliefs? I’m afraid to disclose it because I am concerned I will be judged?

I experience a sense of wounding or heaviness that seems to go beyond a human level into what I describe as soul-level.

Sometimes I feel alone even though people who care about me are around.

We are all connected. We affect each other. We all yearn to understand, fit in and be accepted.

I seek an open-minded therapist who supports you in your beliefs and efforts to feel more emotionally and spiritually whole.

I feel there is a wisdom, a higher self, a knowingness within your soul, an awareness beyond this dimension – my intuition is always guiding me.

I am interested in exploring the conscious as well as subconscious mind.

I am interested in learning more about myself, and my ‘issues,’ via a holistic approach.
